Predictive Revenue - The Specializing Model

When I was a full cycle sales rep and I had to manage the full sales process, my Q1 was all prospecting. What attracted me to predictive revenue at the book was the idea of specializing sales roles. You start as an SDR, you work into an AE or an account manager and up to an AE then up to sales leader. It's a higher risk model though because the number of people that are good at prospecting and closing and account managing are it's more rare than before.
