It's less than ideal if you push straight into production why is that? Too many things can go wrong and that's usually not a problem if you have all the mechanisms in place just to go back to like an stable version of your system right. I'm really happy to see more and more automation and tools around like feature flying for cloud native applications. We want the developer to focus on application coding push it to wherever but they don't even need to think about that part because it's someone else's job to get it rest of the way to production.
