Pomo and the Effects It Has on People's Perception
Barbara kan is a researcher at the university of pennsylvania who studies perception and decision making. She became interested in studying pomo after observing a situation with one of her daughter's friends. The friend chose to go to a wedding in a beautiful local instead of going to a beech week end where the other frends were going to be. Seeing her friends back at the beach didn't make her question her decision, but it did take her mind away from the beautiful spot she was in.
