Sleep is really like, how well did you sleep? And it really understands a lot. The metrics that go into those three scores and the three scores for clarity are sleep activity and readiness. How many times did you move around? Did you fall asleep within your normal bedtime? All these things are factors and we come up with one score. That score is somewhere between zero and a hundred.
