Brittany: I made that video of like my journey as Ash, which was really hard to make. The people who write to me and say, you helped me learn English. And there are some very dark things that people go through and they write to me about them. It's incredible that I could have been a part of something that helps people through that. "I think you brought some peace and closure to some folks by Chatty with us today," she says.
