The Contradiction Between the Death Penalty and Premeditated Murder
The death penalty is connected to premeditated murder, says Frida Ghitis. Even where the death penalty is supposedly opposed and even where it is made illegal, there is still an impulse., she says. In Israel, for example, a conservative majority wants to bring back the death penalty because of its moral value,.
