Giles McCallen's Food

Giles became a photographer aged 18. He wanted to become a war photographer like Don McCallen. His passion for photography took him in a different direction as he was dyslexic and had no academic place at university. The role of food in his work today, we need to go back to the origins of Giles becoming a photographer age 18.
