When learners leave school, and when i in england, it happens, they leave school at 17, and then they get a job, and the employers say they can't, they're no good at english. They need to know what the company linguistic guide lines are. There needs to be much more help from the actual new the place of employment, because you can't teach that at school. I'm working with first year university students who are coming over. And i think that actually is the biggest issue, is that if they just had a little bit of social capital, right?
