The Dark Romance of Oppenheimer
There's something about being able to pin it or hinge it on a singular person that is very attractive to the human psyche in a certain way. I think like you can see two things in Oppenheimer uh saying that as a recognition of the reality of what he did and also this incredible like self-aggrandizement where it's like he himself has transcended to the level of like a god capable of destroying the world itself. There's an interesting tension there that's definitely at play in this move in this movie but I think not necessarily explicitly that much as much as implicitly for me.
