Heart rate variability and heart rate look almost the same if you were just looking at an ECG or just at a heart rate monitor. People with diabetes cardiovascular disease have an extremely tax nervous system and HRV is typically suppressed people who are dealing with significant mental health problems related to anxiety depression PTSD leads to a reduction in HRV. We know there is a general rule that want quote unquote "unbalanced" HRV which really means that we're staying within our normalized baseline. If someone has high HIV then that can also be like some of our heart problems is on some sense if you have super crazy high HIV it could be so good to get checked out.
