The Importance of Understanding

Being understood requires significant effort from two parties. understanding tends to happen when you have an excellent communicator pared with an excellent empath. Many of us go through life without getting the understanding that we want, or without extending understanding to others. A failure on either end of that transaction can make it go bad.
