People who have had limited hip extension have had great success with their run speed, using that sometimes those people who don't have good hip extension haveing to do a squattyg run. So for me, i'm always thinking, i got to get somebody to flex ther elbow before i extend the elbow. And i'm going to keep it below 90 degrees so i can maximize the internal rotation range of motion. If you look at shoulder ange emotion, from 60 to one 20, they call that the southern chromial impingement, or the the pain ark the epingement arc. That's just because it's the area that my humorist will internally rotate.
