Google's Use Case for Federated Learning

Google's use case of federated learning is in some ways the perfect and most obvious. They're a little bit cage about exactly what they're using it for, but the use case they've said the most about is one we should talk about in a little bit of detail. By using this technique, Google and people using the technique elsewhere can very quickly pick up changes in language that are particular to a specific location or a specific time.
