Is There a Need for Brokers?
With insurance, you're trying to change the way business buys insurance. You're trying to make it easier. Tell us about some of the friction that you've taken out of the equation. Are brokers gone in your model? Ah, no, i think i think brokers will always stay. There's always a person. We have 50 license brokers. I've even sold policies off of wat. Sap and tex messages were available to everybody who wanted them. So just being in such a positive, ontrapemberl environment really helps with those with the dark days. Yes, many shoulders to cry on, and many people to cry on your shoulders.
