E chris: We've got stocks up minus the dow, though we know that a lot of that is because of what's going on with i b m to day. But if this means that the fed ten to raise rates sooner rather than later, what does that mean for the equity markets? Potentially. E chris: The market may be surprised. Don't raise rates on 20 22 at all, and they wait till january 20 23. If inflation stays somewhat manageable, above two %, but not on a straight path of five, six, seven % on a continuous basis, i think the fet's going to want a rate weight to rae, to raise rates.
