How to Diagnose a Syncopel Adventure
Psychogenic non-epileptic attacks are transient episodes of involuntary movements or altered consciousness caused by psychological mechanisms often involving intense stress. They can appear very much like epileptic seizures, but the treatment is extremely different. Anti-sizure medications and longer-term surgeries don't provide any benefit to those with them. And I guess importantly can also cause dangerous side effects.
