The TCS Team Coaching Competency Framework
It's good to have a competency framework because ultimately it is an indication of what constitutes good good practice good team coaching yeah we can be assessed by that. All coach training schools will shape their training in some form around competencies and if you get professional body accreditation of some form then that would be competency based as wellYeah so it's a it might feel easy to kind of get lost in in this jungle of different competency frameworks that are out there nowadays. We were able to build like a meta a meta model of all these different competency models but we're not not there yet.
