Are You Using Analytics for Productivity Sake?

We have a employees deliver us with reports every friday afternoon. We try not to look at those and get into a brush fire mode right away. But i've got analytics we've set up that i haven't looked at for over a year, probably just ecause it hasn't been rel relevant to what i'm doing now. It's kind of interesting to see such a big operation can sort of be summed up in only one or two numbers. And if you continue to focus on those two numbers, your business is going nowhere.
