In the early stages of this offensive, we saw russian propaganda in these regions being really overt pressing the message on conventional platforms. So why nyu thing that cramlan made this move? Was it a deliberate mobang for your buck strategy? Or was it just an adaptation as stations like r t were taken off air in many countries? You kno, that's a great question. I do wonder whether they've reached this point where you're not really going to find any new converts. The best you can do is simply kind of consolidate your gains among those who are already sympathetic toward your cause.
