Hormosie's Business Model Canvas

I don't feel like I have a lot of very concrete exercises to fall back on when it comes to developing important assets in a company. There's this great book called the business model canvas. Once you read it, you kind of know what pieces are missing. And so it becomes easier to think of businesses that are like have a higher likelihood of being viable because you can just sort of plug and play your way through this model. If you've checked all the boxes, like you've got a high likelihood of something with legs.
