Reinforcement learning is a natural framework for something like open handedness. The key elemet of open headedness is this theory about stepping stones. I think evolution does have some role to play, it could have an outsetell in the future. It's clear that deep learning is just massively powerful. And i thinki have more probability on that than a lot of people would have. But also, it's not that big of a probability at this moment. So you like research, here's a reluabtion with g grithm and t orall - we need to get all the building blocks together.
