I think most issues to day come from fear based thinking and the thought of things being taken away. So for me, an, i've always got a of recognizing the land on which i live. I'll always try to ask myself, what does it mean to live like from a first nation's orientation? And what are the local fruits and vegetables that grew here long before white people came and tore up the land. You know, you can do a little thing just buying fruit vegetables that are in season - even if they have travelled five thousand miles to get there.
