Last year, the government paid lots of money towards people's energy bills. Do you think we're going to see similar support for water bills if cost rise there for households? I don't know if the Tories will hold the line on not subsidizing mortgages given how many of their key swing voters are under enormous pressure. But that just means that you're spending even more money fighting the symptoms and dealing with kind of ongoing revenue expenses. If you keep not making capital investments, these problems are going to keep getting worse and worse.
