Guilt is one of those very difficult emotions. Anyone who cares sufficiently about their fellow men will feel guilt when there is something going wrong. And i think it's a very difficult and sometimes insidious emotion to deal with. Am i've seen a lot of colleagues who have been really taken apart by the loss of patience. I've had patients who have killed themselves. And i've seen patients, 've had patients who has killed others. It's horrifying. Its harrowing. Its draumatic, not only for the loved ones of the patient, but also for staff. So i think we need to talk about it openly with loved ones, with professionals and possibly mor asas society.
