How to Keep Your Clients With You Long Term

I think one thing you guys do really, really well is client retention. What are some of the things you guys are doing to keep your retention high and keep those clients with you long term? Yeah. So communication and results have to go hand in hand. I mean, we can be the best communicators, but if they're not seeing any results, it doesn't even matter. That's where we were very consistent about, Hey, we know the shop owner is busy,. We're going to hunt them down to make sure that we can meet with them because we want that time to really make sure that what we're doing is the right thing for them.
