i think what we're witnessing isa a unbundling of the way that work has been constructed till now. The debate about four days a week could end up being a slightly too mechanical change for we've just fundamentally re negotiated some aspects like timeliness, like place that maybe we considered non negotiable before. Professor radge chowdrey from stam strongly is of the belief that the norm for all elit business is going forward, will be work from anywhere. Sir rage chowdre is convinced that you either buy into this, or you become a dinosaur firm that effectively can't attract the best workers.
Is it time to abandon the five-day work week? Or is the "five-days on, two days off" cadence of work and rest more important than ever?
