Do You Think Micro Apps Are a Way of Crowdsourcing Human Knowledge?
Micro apps are a way of crowdsourcing that highly fragmented and highly decentralized knowledge about very specific aspects of the supply chain. So do you see this basically also as a means of improving the algorithm by basically crowdsourcing the human knowledge? Absolutely. That's where Google Maps, for example, has some of the most sophisticated algorithms underpinning it. But for me as a user of Google Maps, I don't need to know anything about those algorithms. And that's what allows us to scale the impact of Google Maps to millions of people. The same thing applies when it comes to supply chain decisions and these micro apps.
