Batsuhari's View on Language

Batsuhari says language in the mind gives rise to expressed language like one fire kindling another. He also uses technical terms, whose significance is not immediately obvious. Roughly, Śfota is the inner meaning of language, while the language used to represent this meaning is Śabda.
