The FNH with the central stellate scar on CT is classic. On MRI, they're mildly hyper-intense on both T1 and T2. How do you treat adenomas? We mentioned that there's some complications, so I'm sure you have to do something about them. They can present with pain, abdominal fullness, abnormal LFTs or bleeding from rupture. The first step in that is IR embolization.
