There are some differences in what employees want when it comes to remote or hybrid or fully in office work. People with kids seem to be less likely to want to go back to commuting maybe more than two days a week, because people have made lifestyle changes that feel challenging to unwind. I think we'll see companies that are leaning heavily into a five day in the office work week might have a harder time retaining women.
