The Decline of the Military of the World

Ozz Gray's traditional identity is tied into being a house that fights an enemy that doesn't exist anymore. Even the Dornish aren't there to fight anymore because they've joined the realms. So after all that, after four castles, they have a tower house and what's considered three villages. Now I think this is not typical for medieval life. It's not like something you wouldn't see. But remember, these are villages ruled by a Lord in decline who isn't even a Lord anymore. And they're not doing great, but they're doing better than this. so keep that in mind.
