For me, it's about asking questions to understand what makes person of take right to what i was mentioned before. We forget that we have this idea that if the other rson has ever worked with a u x writer or a conto designer of his like, it's our job to sort of tell them how that works. But i think going away too fast, first me to understand what's important for them. I'm not saying that you have to become an expert in that area, but at least understand their language, understand how they move, understand their processes. That's how you'll eventually decide, and at what point do you start to help out? For me, yes,
