Hunter Douglas was listed on your own expanse to dam, but it was predominantly a global business where the CEO lived most of his time in the US. There's this legal debate regarding whether to squeeze out thresholds in 90% or 95%. In Holland, it's 95%, meaning if he can get to 95% ownership, then the last 5% has another recall. So we worked out that actually Curacao law probably applied, but even in Curacao because it hadn't been tested, there was a court process. Meaning we could actually show up to the court and claim it was an unfair price.
