Big Joe Methany - Is He a Compulsive Liar?

Methany was found guilty of three out of the four cases against him. He claims that he cooked and sold human flesh, but again none of this has ever shown to be true. Methany's death sentence was eventually overturned in 2000, and he was given another whole-of-life sentence. His death was chalked up to natural causes, probably linked to his heavy drug use, and also suspected cardiac arrest.
