The Similarity Between Conjunctions and the Universal Quantifiers

There are lexical and grammatical similarities between conjunctions and the universal quantifiers, every, each and all. In South Asia and East Asia, it is very common for a conjunction plus a question word to turn into or be related to various kinds of universal quantifiers in expressions. There's so many different options that we almost couldn't really go over them all. All these determiners can have different syntax and different languages.
