Humanist generalization is always going to be imperfect for the reasons that i have described, which as, you cannot control and close off the contextual structures. So if someone whom you care about treats you badly once, does that mean that you shouldnt be their friend any more? It depends on how bad it is, right? I mean, we every way. That's not a scholarly problem.
