SEL and Educational Equity in the Service of Equity for Minoritized People

In this article we focus on issues of SEL and educational equity with regard to race ethnicity as a critical first step in seeking to specify how SEL might be leveraged in the service of equity for a range of minoritized people within the US social system. Minoritized is one of those funny words in Marxism where they've taken a word like minority and replaced it with a verb minoritized. The systems of society have forced people into inequity. They have been made into minority status even though they are intrinsically equal because that's the underlying social man assumption of Marxism. People's depression they say was foundational to the establishment of the United States.
