Trump's D-Wack Spec Is Not Working Out, Is It?

The SEC is investigating this back deal between Trump and digital world acquisition Corp to see if the two negotiated before D-Wack went public. So far, the SEC hasn't taken any action against the spec, but has requested more information from the company. I just don't think this deal gets done. It's financially, it's really a mess there,. But Trump is using it quite actively and not going back to Twitter.
