I have a suggestion for how we could buy medicine in a way that less requires us to trust doctors or hospitals and other specialists right now. Instead of getting insurance from one company and health insurance from another, you get them from the same organization. The people who are deciding on the margin whether you should get more or less medical treatment are also the people who have to pay a lot of money if you die.
