The Relationship Between Communion and the Mother of God

In some mediaeval western churches, in spain, you would often have an image of isaiah with the angel and holding the tongs to his mouth. So i can see that the relationship with communion was strong all over the place. And so one of my favourite examples of this is in the canon of the feast. There's this extended conversation between jesus and simeon and anna and the mother of god. I think that if you wanted to, let's say, like, increased your devotion, or really, so to get to know the mother ofgod like that, that's an important service to be there.
