Not enough doctors are open to discussing the fact that if new information comes to light or evidence changes, they have to change with the evidence. I think a lot of this was well-intentioned, but the information emerged. We got better data, better information into how we should manage heart disease patients. And we haven't caught up. It's an art as much as it is to some degree use scientific principles in its approach.
