A consumer can quite easily go and change stuff. Sue: It's very hard sometimes to get a real good angle on it unless we, we know what the consumers ar doing,. We need more field trials that look at broadly the experience of home oners and heat pump performance. But ealso need very intensive understanding of specific installations in different property types so we can learn and we can disentang these variables.
