Onboarding - What's the Point of Coaching?

Onboarding is the process of getting a new employee onboarded by their flock leader. The company has recently put this into practice where each flock leader needs to create an onboarding deck for their new hire and it needs to detail out their first three months. "Being thrown into the fire doesn't feel good. That's why it's called fire. It hurts," says CEO Steven Kuchins.
