The Importance of Practice in Preaching
In the early days, you rely on your grit. The first time when I preached at 2121, 1600 seat room at that time is the biggest room I've ever preached in. By Saturday night, the first service, I had already preached that message seven times. You don't memorize the script. But it was the grip. And because we have only like five slots here in the local church, everybody has a string of charisma and can be a pastor or communicator or singer.
