What Are Your Favorite Cookbooks?

I want to ask you about your, your favorite cookbooks of all time. I mean, there's so many. One of the ones that I think is like one of these old classics,. I kind of have like a deep love for old cookbooks with no pictures in them. The Korean Cunningham's breakfast book is unbelievable. And it's likeyou go through like, there's like a yeasted buckwheat pancake in that thing. Sometimes you read a cookbook and are like, do we even need to make any cookbooks ever again?
