There are businesses, whether it's like home buying or other purchases that are very infrequent, that you're not counting on any sort of repeat. Try to use some proxy instead of doing like this big infrastructure investment and complexity and a bunch of data scientists,. Do something simple and set up your actions based on that. Then once you prove it, then you can go back and invest more in getting something more complex.
