The Power of Chat GPT
Chat GPT has been trained on programming languages as well. The reinforcement learning part of the model is new with chat GPT that was not present in the other GPT models. It's an artificial way to bring the context out of the text, right? And so to aggregate and to put together what is in the text with what is not in the text - even though that wasn't present in the first time.
