Gerard Pleaded Guilty to Aggravated Assault and Was Sentenced to One Year in Jail.
Shaffer was sentenced to one year in jail, with the possibility of parole after six months. He attempted to hang two tn ge girls and sexually assaulted them while planning to murder them. Days before he began his sentence on january fifteenth, two more women went missing. They were last seen with jerry shepard, whose car, physical description and home later, we find out matched gerard shaffer.
