We offered a some well or product, and we would without telling them we were going to do this, they buy our product. That was one of the big things that we did. Practically another is customers service and making sure that we understand when people give us negative review, they're actually at primed at this opportunity for you to go in and create an experience. I saying, no, let's actually come meet this person where they're at. How can we create experience in connection with them and actually solve their problem?
