Oaa system is one model, and there's a different kind of model. When i first started in marketing, i was pretty enamoured with the ideas of asa system. I found out that you can't actually give away enough because people still come back. And it causes the client to see you as an expert. After all, you're giving them the ideas, so you must know what you're doingo the ideas.
